To qualify as a beneficiary, please complete the following requirements:

• Confirm in a letter that you have read the Book of Mormon cover-to-cover.
• Confirm on the application form that you are familiar with the materials recommended for missionaries by the Church, namely “Preach My Gospel”.
• Include a photograph in proper mission attire.
• Send the Committee a photocopy of your mission call and your letter of acceptance of that call.
• Provide verifiable documentation to validate your qualification as Descendant.
• In the space below tell why you wish to serve the Lord as a missionary, sharing your testimony of Jesus Christ, tell how you feel about this trust  and those who have sacrificed for it, and explaining how you hope to participate in the Trust after completing your mission.
